It has been a doozie of a month for me personally and I thought I’d share some new found wisdoms of traversing the ‘fall out.’
“Have you ever held on to something sooooo tight, not really understanding why, but it’s like your life depends on it?
Perhaps it is for fear of the impending humongous fall out that you know will happen…….and yet knowing you are on a runaway train and….though the fall out is inevitable…. you keep hanging on to it for your life?
There have been times in my life where I know this is true for me and I have let go with one hand and taken the bumpy outcome, but after a while I hang back on with two hands and stay with the fear, for that has been my ‘uncomfortable friend’ in my comfort zone and what I know best.
It is similar to having an abscess that just keeps growing and getting more and more painful and yet you do everything you can to avoid lancing it, for this underlying fear.
Well, let’s just say, when you finally let go with both hands and watch the ‘fall out’ happening, it’s best to put your big girl pants on and not only turn, face and own it……BUT……to FINALLY learn from it!
The relief that comes is palpable and you realize that your tension and stress levels have been through the roof at times over decades and you can no longer ignore it’s impact and you need it gone from your energy field……..then and only then…..things start to fall into place and you discover that your new normal, is a path you are eager to traverse.
It’s amazing how many times you can be “helped, shown, or told how to let go of something”…..but until you are ready and get to that ‘point of I’m done’ it never really sticks.
I remember going to a beautiful psychic once and she said, “you can’t help everyone Gaynor, some people just want to take the detour!” I think we all have times in our lives, that we put roadblocks in place and take that detour for protection or something else…..but, we all have lessons to learn each lifetime, and some are bigger than others that can, at times come with you from past lives and it’s intricately woven through your essence and not the easiest to untangle.
So, it’s good to clear them a layer at a time and there is not always a quick fix, but gosh it’s wonderful coming out the other side……knowing it is absolutely finally finished!
Now, if this resonates, please know that all those times you work on it a layer at a time……………it is such an important and fundamental thing to do, as there will come a time when it is finally done! (Thank the gods!)
This one in particular, for me has been around many lifetimes and I’m grateful to be finally through and out the other side!
On thing that helped me traverse the ‘fallout’ was consistently saying….
“All is working smoothly in my world, I am in the perfect space and time right now”
and……ALWAYS to remember to call in your Guides and Angels to assist you and remember a problem shared with the appropriate person is extremely valuable.
Wishing you a smooth ride and I’ll be back soon.
Much love, Gaynor
